This expedition will be to a rural area of Cocorná, Antioquia, located 2.5 hours from Medellín. During the last two decades this municipality was the victim of a great wave of violence.

After thousands of victims of forced displacement and many more crimes that robbed it of its tranquility, today a very different air is breathed in this land, the pure waters flow in peace, as well as its inhabitants. We will go on an expedition to a place that has recovered and is showing its magic to the world.

We will walk with a local guide through incredible landscapes, surrounding El Melcocho, a river with crystal clear waters, and then bathe in them. This is a territory of resilience that is reinventing itself to change its reality. Definitely a place that you have to visit!
